Job Description:

Salary: £50,000 – £85,000 plus excellent bonuses and benefits. Location: UK, Yorks & Humber (Sheffield / Leeds / York / Hull).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead activity to generate, retain and grow customer and introducer relationships.

  • Demonstrate ownership, initiative and sound commercial judgment in the handling and execution of financing opportunities.

  • Demonstrate awareness and respect for operational and commercial controls within the business, as well as strict compliance with market regulation.

  • Lead the development of specific strategies and initiatives to support generation of new business and delivery against individual objectives.

  • Support the delivery of projects and initiatives designed to grow and develop the business.

  • Ensure compliance with all company and group procedures and policies.

  • Ensure timely completion of training.

  • Maintain and build working relationships with key stakeholders within the business and across the Group of companies.

  • Support and collaborate with team members and the broader business as appropriate.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ Asset Finance experience.

  • A financial services professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

  • A proven track record in a sales role, with a preference for Direct sales experience.

  • Ability to adapt, learn and execute, whilst demonstrating sound commercial judgement.

  • Ability to manage time and adapt to balance a variety of tasks and competing priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – capable of engaging customers and colleagues, as well as working across functions to support delivery.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to stretch objectives.

We strongly favor applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
