Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance Service: Maruti Suzuki Introduces Automotive Multi-Financial Online Platform to Nexa |



NEW DELHI: Maruti Suzuki India Limited on Wednesday launched Smart Finance service for Nexa customers in 30 cities, which will enable online, end-to-end, real-time auto finance service.
A unique initiative of its kind, Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance will offer a complete online financing solution. This initiative strengthens digitization efforts and offers enormous flexibility to customers. The Smart Finance platform is currently hosted on Nexa’s website and will provide customers with one-stop-shop convenience for all of their vehicle financing needs, said Maruti Suzuki.
Services include choosing the right financial partner, selecting the most suitable loan product, completing all financing formalities and disbursing the loan. Nexa’s website will act as a facilitator between the client and the financier by offering a wide variety of choices on loan offers, real-time status updates and in turn providing a seamless financing solution and hassle-free.

The customer can compare several scenarios for their car loan and make an informed choice of loan partner, loan term, etc. For this, Maruti Suzuki has currently partnered with eight financiers: HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, ICCI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Cholamandalam Finance, AU Small Finance Bank, Mahindra Finance and Kotak Mahindra Prime. Subsequently, the Company will integrate other key financiers.
The Smart Finance pilot was performed in Gurugram and customer feedback was collected to improve the user interface to provide a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
The Smart Finance service is now available for NEXA customers, for employees, in 30 cities including Delhi, Gurugram, Lucknow, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Cochin, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Goa, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Coimbatore, Surat, Vadodara, Ranchi, Raipur, Nagpur, Trivandrum, Vishakhapatnam, Udaipur, Kanpur, Vijayawada and Dehradun.
Gradually, it will be offered to Arena customers, the addition of new financiers, the inclusion of profiling of self-employed workers and the extension to new cities in this digital finance journey.

Among other benefits, the customer can customize the EMI, choosing the loan term and interest rate and selecting a preferred down payment system.
